On May 5, 2009, The Defense Education Forum (DEF) hosted an event at the Air Force Association, 1501 Lee Highway, Arlington, VA.  The participants discussed the role that nuclear weapons will play in the future relations between the United States and Russia.

PSA Executive Director Matt Rojansky joined Dr. Stephen Blank (Professor, Army War College) and Peter Huessy (President, Geostrategic Analysis Inc.) as presenters at the event.
