Samuel R. (Sandy) Berger is Chairman of Stonebridge International LLC, an international strategic advisory firm based in Washington, DC.

He served as National Security Advisor to President Clinton from 1997-2000. Mr. Berger served as Deputy National Security Advisor from 1993-1996, and as Deputy Director of the State Department's Policy Planning Staff from 1977-1980. Prior to his service as National Security Advisor, Mr. Berger spent sixteen years with the Washington law firm of Hogan & Hartson, where he headed the firm's international group. Earlier, Mr. Berger served as Special Assistant to former New York City Mayor John Lindsay, Legislative Assistant to former U.S. Senator Harold Hughes (Iowa) and to Congressman Joseph Resnick (N.Y.).

He currently serves as an International Strategic Advisor to the law firm of Hogan & Hartson.
