Partnership for a Secure America (PSA) is excited to announce the addition of Robert Sheldon to our Board of Directors. With a wealth of experience in public policy, cybersecurity, and national security, Robert brings valuable expertise to PSA's mission of fostering bipartisanship on critical security issues.

Robert's extensive knowledge and expertise in cybersecurity policy have made him a trusted advisor in the field. As the Sr. Director of Public Policy & Strategy at CrowdStrike, Robert leads corporate engagement on a wide range of US federal, state, and local government policies, programs, and initiatives. In this capacity, he plays a vital role in running the company's Election Security initiatives, serves as a representative to the Joint Cyber Defense Collaborative (JCDC), and oversees the Congressional Affairs practice.

With over a decade of experience in security policy, Robert's exceptional insights and leadership will be instrumental in guiding PSA's bipartisan efforts to address complex security challenges. His expertise will greatly contribute to the organization's mission of promoting informed decision-making and fostering partnerships across the political spectrum.

Robert also contributes to the development of future cybersecurity leaders, serving as an adjunct professorial lecturer on cybersecurity policy at American University's School of International Service and School of Public Affairs.

Prior to joining CrowdStrike, Robert served as the policy director for Emerging Threats at Business Executives for National Security. He also was a Mansfield Fellow and a senior policy analyst for Military and Security Affairs at the U.S.-China Economic and Security Review Commission. Robert holds an MA in security policy studies from The George Washington University's Elliott School of International Affairs and a BS in computer forensics from Champlain College.
